Who we are

Zero Pack helps brands replace generic plastic shipping mailers with custom compostable mailers that look considered, perform in transit and align with modern customer expectations.

We work globally with ecommerce-focused brands. Production is made to order (not off-the-shelf stock), and pricing is quote-based so specification, print and freight stay transparent.

Why packaging is a strategic touchpoint

Before a customer sees your product, they see the packaging. It signals quality, care and credibility — especially when sustainability claims are under more scrutiny than ever.

Our role is practical: we transform your current packaging into a compostable alternative and support you through the transition. Providing you and your customers with the same or better quality your accustomed to.

What we do

Our core offer is made-to-order custom compostable mailers. We also provide other compostable packaging needs to ensure that your brand can provide a unified stance against plastic packaging.

  • Core product: Custom compostable mailers for ecommerce fulfilment — sizing, print and specification aligned to how you ship.
  • High Quality Printing

  • Broader formats: Shopping bags, garment bags and campaign-led packaging can be explored when your business needs more than mailers alone.
  • How it works: No generic stock model: you confirm specification, then we produce to order. MOQs typically start from around 2,000 units depending on packaging, size and print.

Custom compostable packaging, made for brands that care what they send out.

We are not a generic stock shop: specification, print and freight are confirmed before production starts.

Most "Compostable" Packaging Isn't Actually Home Compostable

Brands face a critical problem: most packaging labelled as "compostable" only meets industrial standards (such as EN13432). That often means it will not break down in a customer's backyard compost bin — and where industrial composting infrastructure is limited, it can still end up in landfill.

The Problem

  • EN13432 requires industrial composting facilities
  • Limited industrial composting infrastructure in many markets
  • Packaging ends up in landfill despite a "compostable" label
  • High MOQ requirements (10k–50k units) exclude growing brands

The Zero Pack Solution

  • ABAP AS5810 breaks down in backyard compost
  • No industrial facility needed — genuine home composting
  • Low MOQ from 2,000 units — accessible to growing brands
  • Full custom branding — your design, elevated
